$549,910 Slip and Fall A 45 year old woman slipped and fell, fracturing her ankle in three places. Ms. Hogan approached an attorney who declined to pursue the case, because of the difficulty in establishing liability against the commercial property owner. Ms. Hogan's second attorney made a settlement demand of 140,000 from the property owner. Our office was referred the file, and, after aggressively litigating the matter, obtained a 550,000 settlement for Ms. Hogan.
