$2,500,000

$2,500,000 Our client was a union construction carpenter reporting to work at a construction project on the morning of his accident. As part of this project, workers were directed to walk and perform tasks on wooden planking assembled across elevated steel beams. While crossing one of these planks, the wood suddenly broke and collapsed beneath him, causing a fall to the level below. He sustained a left shoulder fracture that required surgery. Attorney Pat James Crispi pursued the case and held the responsible parties accountable for failing to provide a safe and secure elevated work platform.
